Run Circuit

#GoDoBeFitness¬†inspired run circuit. Music fuels my jogs and thank goodness that its on a secluded trail, but it’s very effective

Fast songs I run.. Pounding beats high knees..hard metal punches … Jumping jacks whenever I feel like it.. Slower songs walking lunges squats or stop for push-ups, planks and dips!

Sounds like a blast right?
